Craigslist is a great resource for people who want style and quality on a reasonable budget. Like a new car, a piece of new furniture seems to lose half its value once you get it home. And it doesn’t have the quality of furniture from awhile back, before cheap drawer slides, stapled construction, and self-assembly. If you buy something good on CL, you can pretty much sell it later for the same price. And sometimes you can find incredible pieces that will define an entire room.
This site lists good buys on CL daily for those who want well designed and constructed furniture, but don’t have the wherewithall to buy new design. If you don’t have the patience to go through CL and find the good buys for yourself, just come here on a daily basis and see what I’ve found for you. I’m a designer and artist who has been finding, rehabbing, and creating furniture and interiors for years. If it’s cool, interesting, beautiful, or a bargain, it’s going to be on this list. My special loves are minimal country, eclectic MCM, and nature-traditional, but I try to choose the good things from every style.
